Flowers for my sister were delivered yesterday and she did like them. However, I did pay extra for balloons with Happy Birthday that were not included. No big deal; however I upgraded the arrangement to deluxe with balloons and expected more flowers. I have used you in the past and realize you have to use flowers that are available to you. Thanks for your servicce.
